What do you mean by functional fitness?

Have you ever shopped or moved into a new home and you had to lift a large box from the ground and move it elsewhere? Have you ever stowed your carry-on luggage in the overhead bin space of an aircraft? If you answered yes to any of these questions, then you’re in for a treat! The weightlifting techniques we teach are parallel to those examples. We want to help you move efficiently and safely with everyday movements. Lifting from the ground = deadlift. Is CrossFit too hard/intense?

Learning something new can be hard but with practice, guidance and education, skills can be attained at any level. We have a proven track record backed by data and methodology. Is CrossFit dangerous?

Anything is dangerous without any proper safety protocols/precautions in place. Our highly knowledgeable and trained coaches make safety the number one priority. Is CrossFit expensive?

If you were (hypothetically saying) a luxury sports car, would you put unleaded gasoline or premium gasoline to keep your engine running smoothly? You’re worth the investment. How do I get started?

You can try out our Community WOD every Saturday at 9am. Be sure to come in 15 minutes earlier before the class so we can have a briefing/waiver setup. Or, you can give us a heads up and we’ll walk you through the online forms. After-which, we can schedule you for a FOUNDATIONS CLASS to further build your knowledge and confidence in executing the proper techniques for a safe and fun workout! What are some common CrossFit jargons?

WOD - workout of the day.
EMOM - every minute on the minute.
AMRAP - as many reps as possible.
Box is referred to as a CrossFit gym.
PR means a personal record; it refers to when you reach your personal best in an exercise.
