I’ve been coaching CrossFit since 2016 and hold a CrossFit Level 2 certification, along with completing courses in Programming, Spot the Flaw, Lesson Planning, and Scaling. I have a unique perspective from my background in dance, which helps me focus on movement and body awareness.
My philosophy is that fitness is for everyone, no matter where they’re starting from, and I strive to make every member feel welcome and proud of their progress, big or small. One of my favorite aspects of coaching is celebrating members’ accomplishments and showing them that every step forward matters.
Outside the gym, I’m a mom to two kids, love reading, crafting, and spending time with my extended family.
